What does a session involve

Sessions are based on what you would like to see happen. Through a series of questions and active listening, I will be able to identify the obstacles keeping you from your goals and help you focus on your strengths and remains positive on reaching your objective. I will give you the support you need from the moment you set your goal until the end when you achieve it!

How long is a Coaching Session?

Coaching session Plan:

  • First: There is a FREE 30 minute telephone consultation where I can call you at a mutually convenient time, so that I may answer any questions you may have and also for me to understand exactly what you would like to gain from the coaching sessions. -

  • Telephone: 60 minute phone coaching

  • Face to Face: 60 mins


How many Coaching sessions will I need?


This would depend on what goal you have set and what you are looking to achieve. It would also depend on how driven you are to reach your desired goal. The more committed you are and the more work you put into achieving your goals, the faster the result will be!


How much do sessions Cost?

Payments for the sessions are DUE BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION. This can be discussed at your consultation session.

How is Coaching different from Counselling or Mentoring?  

Counselling generally focuses on emotions and feelings and can solve problems by understanding what happened in the past. It can also provide guidance in resolving personal or psychological problems. Coaching will focus on the present and where you want to be and the coach will help you get there.

A mentor is a wise and trusted guide and advisor who normally has a lot of experience in their particular field. They will share their experience while bringing the "mentee" up to ranks.

Coaching is a one-to-one process tailored to the individual's needs.

In general, through your life coaching sessions you should start to notice a difference between 6-9 sessions. For whatever reason you choose to take a coaching session I can confidently say that after the first 6 sessions, you will begin to notice a significant change in either your behaviour or mind set. You will start to notice the results in a number of ways:


  • Raised levels of confidence in yourself

  • Clearer direction in your life

  • More self esteem

  • Increased motivation; the ability to follow actions through

  • Leaving bad habits behind
